I don't know how or why the device appears. Yesterday inside my device manager the Bluetooth device appears after 5 minutes from the starting of my laptop. I don't want to set up the system more times. I hope somebody can help me or have some idea to fix it.

I don't know how, but the Bluetooth device was active during a time, but after a restart the device and the Bluetooth button in Windows 10 disappears.

The problem persists and I made an upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Pro and to fresh installations to try to fix the problem.

I didn't receive any error message after the install process, but the device shows and holds the driver version 15.16.0.2 of windows.

I followed all your guidelines and tried to install the last driver version. My Bluetooth device doesn't appears in the device manager.
